If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to return them. Please send the item back to us in its original packaging, unused, with the original label attached to the product, securely packaged for transport and postage paid (= you pay the postage).

Return of goods with reduced prices: When returning goods with reduced prices (also applies when using discount codes), a cash payment or chargeback of the purchase amount is not possible. You will receive a refund for the value of the return in the form of a voucher.

Exchange :
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item that does not fit and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded to the payment method used to pay for the item within 10 working days of receiving your return.
